Shipping

Domestic shipping is via USPS first class with delivery confirmation. We do not notify you with your tracking number at shipment so if you are having an issue please email us and we will be happy to give it to you. Domestic shipping times are anywhere from 3-7 days from time of post depending on your location. If for some reason we do not have your item or size in stock you will be notified of the delay and the estimated time of delivery. If you need expedited delivery we are happy to upgrade you to Priority mail. Just email us at time of order and we will give you instructions to adjust your shipping total

Free domestic shipping over $50

We will try and keep our shipping rates low but we do need to adjust from time to time to cover our costs. We ship in 100% recycled material envelopes.

International shipping is also done via USPS first class mail but we cannot offer delivery confirmation and therefore we cannot guarantee international orders. However we can give you a customs number that you can take to your local post to see if they've received it. I've had a 100% success rate with international shipping and intend to keep it that way. Delivery times for international shipping can be between 1-3 weeks depending on your location. We can offer international priority mail upgrade however it is quite spendy.

Refunds/Returns

Refunds

We are happy to refund the amount of your shirt and shipping if there is a defect with your garment. Please email us and let us know what the problem is and we will go from there. Generally the garment will be shipped back to us and as long as it shows no signs of wash or wear we will refund your amount via Paypal. If we send you the wrong size we will be happy to replace it with the correct size and pay for the shipping of the returned garment. We try hard to inform as much as possible about the size of your garment before you order so there will be no mistakes on either side. Every shirt page will have size information on it that will be easily seen and readable. If you are uncertain please email us with your questions before ordering.

If you ordered the wrong size and would like to exchange it we are happy to do that for you, however you will be responsible for shipping both ways. Please email us with your information and we will give you the shipping address to send it back and pay the return shipping amount. If your shirt shows no sign of wash or wear we will send you the correct size as soon as possible.

We generally like to do everything through Paypal for ease and security but we will accept check and credit card payment as well. If you would like to pay with another method please email us with what shirt you are interested in and what kind of payment you would like to use and we will give you the information to make it happen.
